Five precise steps separate raw crystal from heirloom. This is the Zowie Ware process.
With a 2,000-year heritage, Chinese liuli is a pure handcrafted intangible cultural treasure. Made of high-purity crystal and natural minerals, every piece is exclusive and irreplicable — defined by natural gradients, layered textures and flowing light.
Adopting ancient manual kiln-casting techniques, liuli is fired at over 1400°C. After strict raw material cleaning and mould placement, it undergoes 3–5 days of precise temperature control, slow kiln cooling and manual demoulding for intact forming.
Fired blanks pass through three precise polishing stages. Coarse grinding removes burrs and defects; fine grinding smooths uneven surfaces; mirror polishing delivers the final crystal-clear, glossy and delicate texture.
Integrated high-temperature mineral coloring fuses natural pigment with molten crystal during firing. The result: natural gradient layers with integrated internal and external color — permanently fade-proof and peel-free.
Finished pieces undergo strict manual inspection. We check appearance, structure, color and texture for scratches, cracks and color distortion. Only flawless work that meets craft and aesthetic standards is released.
