Terms & Conditions of Purchase.

1. Bulk Wholesale Orders: Regular glass and craft colored glaze for bulk procurement. Minimum order quantity is specified on product pages and governed by wholesale pricing and bulk shipment rules.

2. Sample Orders: All items are available for sample purchase without minimum order restriction for product testing, showroom display and pre-order inspection. Samples are chargeable; free samples are unavailable. Sample unit price shall not be lower than 50% of the regular selling price.

3. High-End Art Collection Orders: Handcrafted exclusive art pieces and masterwork colored glaze collectibles sold individually, available exclusively to registered members. No public pricing is displayed online; buyers shall contact our staff for exclusive quotation on a case-by-case basis.

4. All colored glaze and glass items are handmade via high-temperature firing. Minor air bubbles, color difference and subtle texture deviation are inherent craftsmanship features instead of defects, and returns based on such natural characteristics shall not be accepted.

5. The buyer warrants purchased goods will not be used for counterfeiting, illegal processing or unlawful import & export. All losses arising from import prohibition or confiscation imposed by the buyer's local customs shall be borne solely by the buyer.

1. All prices displayed on the website refer exclusively to ex-factory product cost. They exclude international freight, destination import duties, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, inspection charges and any other incidental cross-border expenses, all of which shall be fully undertaken by the buyer.

2. Tiered preferential pricing applies only to bulk wholesale orders. Sample orders and high-end collection items are excluded from wholesale discount schemes.

3. No hidden charges or auto-selected optional add-on services exist on this site. Extra services (wooden frame reinforcement, cargo insurance, custom engraving) require manual selection and corresponding payment.

4. Acceptable payment methods include T/T remittance, PayPal and Letter of Credit as agreed. Deposits for sample and art collection orders are non-refundable. Cancellation of confirmed bulk orders may result in deduction of paid deposits to cover production losses.

5. Formal written quotation issued by our staff is the only valid pricing basis for high-end art collections.

1. Goods commence production only after order confirmation. Production lead time varies according to ordered quantity and craftsmanship complexity. Delivery delay caused by force majeure shall not incur compensation liability from the seller.

2. The seller selects reliable shipping options based on prevailing international transportation conditions. Both parties may negotiate the cross-border logistics solution in advance.

3. All finished goods are packed with shockproof materials plus outer carton or wooden case and marked with fragile labels. Once cargo is handed over to the carrier, risks of damage or loss during transit transfer entirely to the buyer.

4. The buyer must inspect packages upon receipt. Damage claims must be submitted with full photos of outer packaging, defective goods and shipping label within 48 local hours after receipt.

5. Cargo insurance is optional at the buyer's expense. No compensation from the seller for in-transit damage without valid purchased insurance.

1. Consumers located in EU member states are entitled to the statutory 14-day cooling-off period only for single high-end art collection retail orders.

2. Bulk Wholesale: Free replacement with seller-borne round-trip shipping cost is available only if the wrong item/model is dispatched due to seller's error. Returns for unsold inventory without quality defect require prior written consent; 15%~30% production depreciation fee applies. Custom-made items are non-refundable under any non-quality-related circumstance.

3. Sample Orders: Unconditional return is unavailable without inherent structural manufacturing defect.

4. High-End Art Collection: Full-angle pre-shipment video confirmation will be provided. No return, rejection or cancellation is allowed except for concealed inherent factory defect.

5. Any damage caused by accidental bump, unauthorized disassembly, improper storage or daily wear is non-refundable.

All product pictures, designs and descriptive content are under the seller's proprietary copyright or authorized license. Unauthorized copying, imitation or commercial usage constitutes infringement. The buyer shall not affix the seller's trademark or patented design on resold products.

Neither party shall be liable for breach of contract if order fulfillment or delivery is hindered by force majeure including natural disaster, war, labor strike, international flight suspension or sudden change of import/export regulation.

This contract is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China while relevant local consumer protection regulations shall be respected for cross-border EU orders. EU customers may also submit dispute applications via the EU ODR online dispute resolution platform.

These terms are permanently published on the official website. Order submission with consent checkbox means full acknowledgement of all clauses herein. Updated terms take effect upon website publication; previously concluded orders shall abide by terms effective on order date.
